Tim: How do you define shilling?
Also, as for the role short sellers played in putting serious hurt on Solv-Ex and its 4,000 or so shareholders it is documented in the form of over 600 pages that has been sent to numerous Congressmen and, of course, the SEC and NASD. Until you read the facts try to spare me the jabs. I've been screwed badly (in part) by some large firms who have broken laws, broken regulation after regulation, an SEC that incorrectly assumed short sellers were correctly fingering a "scam" and a NASD that is more concerned about protecting member firms than shareholders. The last thing I need right now is for someone I don't know to imply I'm a shill or call me names.

I admit I'm not totally familiar with the history of COPY, but, I've been told by someone who I know to be honest that it is a similar situation. They may be wrong and the shorts may be correct in some of their opinions, but, it sure smells like this stock is being manipulated much the same as SOLV was by market makers looking to score big returns on shorting stock in a development stage company. The most common tactic is to use words like "scam" or "fraud" and to exagerate the importance of sales or profits. A DEVELOPMENT STAGE company usually does NOT have either and the valuation is based on the probability that there WILL be both IF the company is able to bring there vision to life. Unfortunately these companies are very easy prey for greedy short selling marauders.

Oh well, thanks for letting me vent. I'll remain cordial from here on out cuz it doesn't do any good to get worked up anyways....

Cheers!

Dave
