I make a post based on simple physics, and the rebuttals reek of politics. Of course, I always knew this was a political issue and only a political issue with you deniers. That of course was because charlatans like Gore jumped on the GW wagon, and Wall St. wanted to stiff the rubes with carbon credits. OK, so you tossed out this bathwater, but did you ever bother to look at what else went out the window.

PS 1 - Snow in the winter has minimal affect on the average global albedo because the sun's rays already strike the winter surface obliquely - another simple physics issue I won't elaborate. Snow also insulates which keeps the soil warmer (ask a wheat farmer). If you can get the snow to stick around in the summer, you will have a powerful argument and I will say uncle.

PS 2 - I post not in an attempt to persuade (that would cognitive reasoning on your part) but rather to throw snowballs in your face. Come summer I intend to kick sand. You deserve it.
