I don't give Intel a pass on this one. In fact, I can't understand why this didn't show up in the qual as it's a reliability problem, not a bug. That makes it worse in my mind. Mistakes happen to everyone and this is definitely one of them, but what is does do is draw a comparison between an honest and forthright company that admits it's mistakes and takes action to correct them and one that doesn't.
