Sold the rest of my FSLR today at $152 (bought it last November at $125). I am now out of solars.

FSLR has stalled, the last few days, right where it has stalled before. Also, I'm thinking the S&P500 has gone up way too fast and too far since last July, and we are due for a 10% pullback. Since solar stocks are far more volatile than the overall market, this would cause at least a 20% pullback in solars.

There are risks not currently priced into solar stocks. For instance, there is a non-small chance that Italy and California do what Spain did re alt-energy subsidies, and for much the same reasons. Nobody is talking about this risk.
