Criminal Hearing in the matter of The Crown v. Vucicevich (the criminal fraud proceeding) has been confirmed for trial in the Superior Court of Ontario.
Per Christine, Secretary for the Superior Court in Windsor, no trial date has yet been set but the Crown Prosecutor has been assigned from Toronto.
A pre-trial conference has been set for March 4, 2011.
