Meathead, I enjoy your posts, but let me correct one point that you made. You said It's interesting to see these clueless yahoos come come out of the woodwork to bash good companies when they're declining. Well, the company isn't declining, its the stock market. Just about every stock is declining, and the declines are in rough proportion to the betas, so the yoyos can't even point to having identified an "overvalued" issue. All of the news that I see concerning Dell is good! How many of these jerks predicted the kind of NASDAQ meltdown we've seen and used that as a basis for shorting? The only guy I've seen who was predicting a general market melt-down was Hubert Few on the PAIR thread during the early part of the summer. Maybe Hubert can take a bow, but the rest of these guys were just plain lucky, and I'm getting tired of their gloating. Regards, Paul
