I don't think there are any reliable statistics on F/P. And most of it probably happens as a result of things that happen long before the food gets to the restaurant.

You hear all kinds of insane claims --

You mean peeing in the coke or putting snots on the burgers. I saw both done at the fast food place I worked at.
