Hi Paul,

Yes, Tokyo ended up down only a tad for the day. However, the problems remain and won't go away overnight. I really believe that if you're long any stock market as a whole, you need to watch Japan closely at present.

Of course, individual stocks are a different matter <g>. I'm long only one <g>. They can go up by themselves, but not the market as a whole.

I don't see much upside to buying the Dow here. I agree we'll see a small recovery at the opening, but I think that in one week's time and one month's time we'll be down.
