Lance: Then why are you in this stock, given your past experiences and your obvious contempt for this company? It just dosen't add up. You keep mentioning SKY. SKY has as much relevance to NPEC as NPEC does to BRE.x - even less, NPEC is in the same business and has property on the same island as BRE.x. You keep trashing Wolanchuk - Wolanchuk is doing more for your(?) stock than you are. It just dosen't make sense and I am a believer that everything, eventually, makes sense (if not cents). JKeba
