Andy,

Can a shareholder sign up for more than 1 class action group?

I'm not a lawyer, but I it appears that it is not possible to join multiple classes for the same action. The "Certification" that I signed states: In the past three years, plaintiff has not sought to serve nor has served as a representative party on behalf of a class in an action filed under the federal securities laws.

Also, in response to your E-mail to me, please see my post#48 as to how you will be notified as to whether or not you wish to be considered a member of a class.

Good luck,
Jay
