They are getting a tax refund of $10 million due mostly to the exercise of stock options, reducing their cash tax rate for 2008-2010 to 0%.

I expect APKT to be added to the S&P 500 within 6 months, likely sooner than later.

I think the stock is so strong today because of the plan to hire 250 this year, including 50 who started in January.
