Tons of Yankee and foreign money coming here have stabilized things in many areas. But that is also my big problem these days as they are the stiff competition with significant capital to play with. Most Floridians in this right to work state were hurt much worse than anywhere else by the housing bust and belief in Bush's ownership society.
