Dear Steve: I am not only an accountant but I am a Director on the board of a local bank and serve on the Loan Committee. The warrants are not something bank would consider as collateral cant legally even if they wanted too. BUT I see no reason they couldnt take BONAFIDE signed CONTRACTS with MAJOR companies to a Bank and FINANCE them. I am very disappointed in this news and my earlier response indicates what I will do as a result. I doubt I will be alone in this feeling as most of the people invested in TPRO invest in other Y2K stocks and they know of what I speak. JDN
