Addi, well said. Also I would like to add this, the devaluation of SE Asian countries currencies that would make the US trade deficit would be much higher in the next couple years. However, in order to keep the trade balance with the US, I believe the SE Asians certainly would prefer to import the technologies from US to improve their productivity.

Remember 5, 6 years ago we have the Saving & Loans' problems & the recession hit the US market, thanks to technologies we're doing much better.
