So who Forced Dean to recant?

was it the SEC or was it MWE?

old version this line appears:

sec.gov

""The consultants expressed the view that each deficiency cited by
the FDA in its letter could be resolved and that FDA approval was achievable,
although not guaranteed.""

Today's ammended filing deletes that line. THAT WAS THE ONLY CHANGE IN THE WHOLE DOCUMENT!!!

sec.gov
