Hi Buzz and Steve,

I am confident that the new management will succeed in repositioning MCTL in a fast growing market. As to the third quarter numbers I expect an again much smaller loss compared to the quarter before. I wouldn't be surprised to see a profit going forward, which shows how fast the management succeeded in turning around this ship.

As to the final word on the sale of the Xcel Arnold subsidiary I fully understand Buzz' waiting attitude, cause time is still on his side and there isn't an apparent reason for just jumping in. As far as I am concerned I don't see a big risk for the company in not succeeding in the sale, and even if they wouldn't, Carmine most probably would just shut it down and liquidate it.

Although it has been a frustrating investment so far I firmly believe that Carmine and his crew will manage to press a 10 % net profit margin out of this company in the not too distant future, i.e. 12 to 18 months, which means net profits growing to 5 million bucks and beyond. With about 13 million shares outstanding I think we could easily envision a stock price in the high single digits, at least.

Regard,

Frank
