If you go back to the GPGI website and read through. you will see a note to the effect of "proven, probable an possible" reserves with an in-ground value of $81 Billion. Right. It's a preposterous number. I e-mailed Larry McIntyre about it, this is around March 1996, and got a terse roundabout response as I recall saying to the effect everything known about GPGI is posted on the website and they don't have time to respond to redundant questions. I then e-mailed Les Reid and he came back in a flash saying "those are not my numbers...they are attributed to someone else". Who, he did not say but the $81 B still sits there today Good questions Eric.....who knows?? Regards John.
