I have to go to bush now. Cannot force Bfast down. Made sandwich of omelete. Carry a bottle of water and an apple. Bfast 07:00 AM) only two bananas. Some pienapple and a cup of coffee. The omelete sandwhich, an apple plus half liter of water will have to carry me until six PM.
