Roger - I hope that we learn a little more about the Pultrusion Machine Fiasco in this next 10Q. In the interests of complete disclosure we should know what is going on.

ADP originally said
The seven other counts include Patent Infringement, Violation of the Lanham Trade-Mark Act,
Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, Unfair Competition, Conversion of Goods, Negligence and
Prima Facie Tort. The Company is also claiming civil liability for offences, is seeking compensatory
damages on six counts, exemplary damages on five counts and treble damages on the count of
patent infringement.

Which of the seven counts resulted in the award of damages and the seizure of the machine?
Was the $150,000 damages compensatory or exemplary?
Have any other alleged torts been settled - or are they still before the court?
If ADP can show patent infringement, is the new machine in jeopardy?

The latest Reg D debentures require that there is not a judgement of more than $200,000 against the company - otherwise the debentures are in default. (Daniel Urroz -another example of the money guys being very smart?)

This pending litigation by ADP could have a very adverse effect on QDRX. If there is nothing in the 10Q - does any lawyer out there have access to the records in RI District Court?
