ABT - I joined you when you posted, but am keeping COV (paul's post). From what I read, COVs product line is more secure from competition.

I have not posted in awhile, but I sold SVU upon the news a few weeks ago. I think that true value investors would ride it out however.

I am not real excited about many stocks these days. I still am weighted heavily in pref stock and reits. LXP common finally getting respect. LXP-D and DFT-A my largest holdings, both paying 8%. Sold NXY for CVX. Holding very small bit of ARO but should buy more. Why doesn't VSE go up? Bought more AHT recently. Dabbling in FCX. For common divs, holding CAG and KMB. Sold GLW in nov, before it went up. My largest utilities are PEG, NEE, AGL.

2010 was a good year, but I am still in hunker down mode with clouds, icebergs and monsters on the horizon:

Pref stocks 43%
Utilities 17%
Reits 24%
Other 12%
Cash 4%
