Theater apologizes for its lyric about beheading Palin What is unfortunate is that the progressives will get their way rather than learning the lesson that censoring people (either de facto or by law) is wrong. Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh haven't said or printed anything out of line or that could be construed by a sane person to have incited violence. Instead of showing the absurdity of the idea that crosshairs on a map could incite violence, the liberals are saying "oh yeah, I guess we shouldn't have done that too" Where I don't particularly like the fact that Palin too was put in the crosshairs by liberals. I like it even less that we live in a country where it is no longer acceptable to express ourselves with metaphors that might be considered violent. This goes to the further pussification of our society. We already can't have kids playing baseball or soccer where they keep score, the ABCDF grade scale in schools is gone in favor of less offensive numbers, and pretty soon the word "kill" will not be allowed as a metaphor anywhere in our society. We are losing.
