Link to Momenta's motion for expedited discovery in their infringement suit against Teva: 208.78.96.220 The very last page contains a reference to an Italian third party. While this lends weight to Dew's assertion that ItalFarmaco is involved, it does not necessarily mean t-enox is Lupenox. We're going to have to wait a while for that to shake out. Cheers, Tuck
