I get this message: Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here I have never been their before. They must have banned a wide range of IP address or are blocking IPs from other countries. Can you take a screenshot of it. Jing would work really good in this situation and you can get Jing for the MAC.
