There are only two legit reasons for a company's valuation to go to this level. One is serious financial problems and the other is outdated tech. Neither is the case here. Dr. V. told us on the conference call that sometimes companies like ATT will get kiosk related work and will contract it to IMP. This solidifies their position as a tech leader in this field. While I have complete confidence in their superior tech, I have no confidence in their ability to run a public company. This is where they are getting some help. They are adding a man to their board who has extensive experience with public companies. He is not taking the job for the money rather he is very excited about the opportunity that IMP presents. The year-end and quarter numbers should be out soon. I will not be discouraged if they are not impressive. Imp has allocated a lot of their time and assets to these projects which have not generated the large revenue streams yet. more later
