Irene -- your shares, as well as your LEAPS, will be adjusted on the date of the split...I've been looking at some Jan 2000 LEAPS myself, but the IV looks a bit high right now...anyway, best of luck...and I'll bet that TXN will hit 100 POST-SPLIT by Jan 2000!! Cheers, Wade
