off topic I'm not sure many will be in a lower tax bracket when they retire applies to si members. Many of us folks will have increased income after retirement. I believe that is why they eliminated the excess penalty tax. There are many software programs to do the calculations. John ps I also continue to buy cisco and added yesterday.
