Depending on which lawsuit, most anyone who bought shares in the 96 - 97 time frame. The ones that go back to 96 probably think that something funny has been going on for the last 2 years. From my previous experience as a member of a class action suit, I got 5% of my money back, hardy worth the trip to the bank to deposit the check. I would be overwhelmed to get back 25 - 50%. Don't count on it though.
