Hello BCB,

It would be great for the North Slope except that the resource is controlled by Exxon,BP, and Phillips. TAPS could be renovated by re-pigging and product shipped to Valdez in the existing pipeline and then, once on water shipped to where the highest prices could be realized. When we consider that FT transportation fuels are the cleanest from the carbon complex, that high price market would be the Pacific Coast, primarily CA. Just happens that the majors that own the resource on the Slope also control West Coast refining.

Ergo, let's wait awhile until our refineries are in need of renovation and Alaska rejiggers its petroleum tax regime to accommodate our needs.

JMHO,

Mike
