Ken,

I bought more at 16 3/4 and probably should have waited a few hours to try and get it at 16 1/4. I'm still optimistic about this company and will continue to be with the reading of the annual report and Needham's latest analysis.

The overall market condition has dictated what this stock will do over the recent few weeks to a month. The timing of their offering was just incredibly bad, through no fault of theirs, and I think that over the past few days we are beginning to see some of the $22 per share buyers of that last offering unload. My broker tells me he is in a constant battle with some of his customers to convince them to hang in there.

Needham's latest analysis is a "strong buy" which, in effect is an upgrade from their previous "buy". They have established a price target of $25-30 over the next 6-12 months. I feel this is easily attainable and completely reasonable given PRLX's growth, expansion, and revenue and earnings streams. Yes, they need to work hard to improve their margins, but it is a bit of an uphill battle with the Asian markets shaky, the strong dollar, and the overall fear in some quarters of the market. Still, nothing has changed fundamentally with the company. They are the same company now that they were when they broke through $30 awhile back except that they are more highly capitalized. Their debt is still next to nothing.

Buyers will come into, and back into, this stock as they realize that it was not as overpriced as some of the more popular stocks that have taken similar beatings lately.

Best Regards,

Steve
