Bob: I am greatly encouraged by the number and size of the contracts that have recently been signed. It looks like TESI's strategy of signing up resellers who will push the product is working very well. You are right that the top line should soon show improvement. That will eventually translate into the bottom line a couple of quarters down the road. I think its Y2K software is going to really catch on when businesses realize that they could solve their Y2K problem and then risk having a staff member wipe out the solution. Tangram's software will monitor that problem. It will be expensive for a company to risk not guarding against the possibility. Walter High
