3rd quarter earnings by no means were impressive. however, the company has a great proven management group. The problem is that the company is not yet invested its initial cash, nor levered up -- this will take another year. i think that this reit has great potential and a buy at $19 and change will prove a great price in a year. I think that we'll see high 20's by this time next year and a healthy dividend. i am quite trusting of this management (i also own ocwen on the nyse -- which has done great!).
