Some comments from the CEO on my fax I sent****

"Nobody is happy when ou stock price drops. It hurts me much worse than it hurts you. However, we believe that JMAR's share price should recover once the mis-information that is out there about the company disappears."

"The comments in your faxes are based on such a wild combination of faulty assumptions, compounded by insupportable hypotheses and absolutely false statements that it would be a waste of everybody's time to prepare a resoned response."------ He is referring here to my reference about the orchestrated selling and drop in revenues.

He then talks about traders and playing the warrants for short term trading and profits and how they are focusing the company on long term growth. Good statement, however mgmt holds over 500,000 warrants and options with expiration dates of 2002-2006-not Feb 1998.

He then goes on "We are in the process of implementing a substantial, but rather complex, series of major new product line developments that we believe will have significant impact on the future of our business. That is on top of our 'core' product business which has been growing at an average compounded growth rate well in excess of 40 percent per year." He then states how high the stock has grown the last 2 1/2 years and the fact the stock is highly liquid a person can sell anytime if they are unhappy.

From the way it looks the stock looks good for long term holders which I am, but anyone holding the warrants which I also hold are in deep trouble!
