Thanks for the info. from the just released 10Q, Gerry. At least, HEB's finances have been put back in order for a time, and worries over secondaries can take a back seat to trials. I would share more info. from the 10Q, but it's not yet posted at EDGAR . Any mention of the buyers for the private placement? You're right about how well the stock is doing now considering all factors. Perhaps the proximity of trial results has kept the price this firm. I've been told that a west coast roadshow will begin next week, the 19th, and that several unnamed brokerages may start following HEB. Good to see you're still with us,Gerry, and thanks again. MG:
