of course, if bonds continue lower, and I fully expect they will, then that could certainly firm the dollar and hurt the gold rally.

Bonds going lower aren't necessarily bad for gold. in fact, they may be the best thing going for gold. are they going lower because of fear of currency debasement? dollar weakness? fear of insolvency?

All are good for gold.
