Re: post 1328- There are two ways to weigh the effects of the high cost to build Polymer plants in Japan. First, $700 vs $200 million makes is very cost effective for large Japanese Co's to strike a deal with Valence. If they do, terms should be very favorable for Valence, considering the cost savings and accelerated schedule for the other company.

Second, if no deals are made, Valence will have a substantial competitive advantage due to their lower cost, enabling high profit margins.

Regarding the laminating equipment, I understand it is being installed presently and Cal Reed expects to "switch it on" by mid December.
