Here are the results for "running your head". Earlier, I got back 15,000,000 so I guess how many million depends on the time it is given by the server to deliver your results.

Yes, there are many references to running your head into a brick wall! It is a common practice for many on SI! But I am not going to sort through 6,520,000 links to give you a complete analysis. I think I have wasted enough of my time responding to his childish nonsense as it is.
As an aside, I jokingly just ran "running MY head" and received
"About 7,230,000 results (0.09 seconds)"
Now, let me help you out here. There are several MILLION references to "running your head" using "brick" and "wall" because these are popular usages and that is the way that search engines work.
Sp put your search in like this:
<<"running your head" -brick -wall idiot>> (not you...THE word IDIOT!!--and no brackets, either...ok)
And you get back:
"About 491,000 results (0.25 seconds)"
And FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, and EIGHT are already what we are looking for..and we still have 491,000 to go!!
