It's amusing that Wharfie and co think that them growing their own low-footprint, low carbon-miles dope, driving a Previa and replacing incandescent bulbs with fluorescent ones will have an effect on the scale of the sun, magnetic fields, clouds, oceans and ice ages. I have noticed over the last week an usual solar pattern: sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov Sol has measles or something. It's up to something, presumably no good. Not many sunspots either.

A magnetic field flip for Gaia would be interesting. Fortunately, navigation is now based on GPS so people won't be lost at sea because their compass suddenly starts spinning, pointing the other way from where the sun is located.
