No I don't think so. I have a slight clue that it might involve a system (of what capability,I do not know) that ICMX delivered to the CIA and which was kept hidden from Huttoe when he bought ICMX. I repeat at present I have nothing concrete to offer but this possibility could explain a lot of strange happenings over the past six months.If my clue is correct then the inteleectual property could well be the system design and secifications. Remember I do not yet know if this issssssss correct nor if the system-if it existed-was a desk top video conferencing system.
