The further downside is that this sort of incident tars all Chinese stocks, even perfectly legitimate ones and makes US based investors fearful. CVVT, RINO - we don't need any more.

Has Deloitte (the presumed auditors) been heard from yet? And do Deloitte employees actually vet the company's books, or just sign off on the work of the Hong Kong based auditors?
