I have been watching ROP for several months, but have never bought any. The reasons I haven't are (1) I don't fully understand the collection of businesses they serve (including the Gazprom issues) and (2) they appear to be mostly fully valued at the moment.

However, the market doesn't usually listen to me. If I had bought in when I first started considering the company, I'd have made a nice profit already.
