Seems to me that if the float is secure then all it would take to begin the squeeze would be your broker/MM's attempting to get any or all of the 25k certs. I see the potential for very wild price swings though.

Say your MM starts looking for certs. Seems he has to keep raising the bid until a cert holder sells. The problem is if the float is not very tight, someone unloads some cert shares, say at $18. If there are not other MM's seeking certs, the price likely falls to it's nearest support ($15, $10, $4?), and it begins again, and again.For as long as the certs the MM's are getting are going back into foundation hands.
Of course, this doesn't factor news events, daytraders...etc.

Could take a while.
