LIA/Grupo Prisa, I suppose no one followed me in, but if anyone did it might be time to take some more profits. I nevertheless will still hold onto a good chunk of Grupo Prisa shares, since these restructurings sometimes can work out really well and the first dividend for Prisa B should help. Prisa B is up 30%, and Prisa A is up more. Prisa B has a nice divvie and better downside protection. These special situations usually work out well if you have a little patience. The TTT offering was a real champ after you factor all the stock distributions. MC
