"Who is Willie?"

William Shakespeare
"What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet."
Romeo and Juliet (II, ii, 1-2)

"Rationalism does evolve however and will find progressively more places for the less mechanistic (or mechanizable) parts of the human experience."

That's a bit of a head scratcher. Rationalists are already sneaking emotion and intuition in through the back door of mysticism. They have to, because rationalism is an unlivable philosophy. There is no evolution there; just cheating. I like that oft repeated line from Shakespeare In Love:
"It's a mystery"
