Well I just vote AGAINST. Those boys are clever, though. The voting form contains a one sentence description of each proposal for those (majority?) that do not read the proxy statement. Proposal #2 is described as "proposal to approve the amendment to the articles of incorporation". Yet in the proxy #2 is "amendment of articles of incorporation to increase authorized common stock"! Gee, both descriptions are ten words long... That is no accident. The other proposals contain meaningful descriptions on the voting form.
