I am afraid that I understand more than you give me credit for. I notice a number of recent posts by others who also had problems getting certificates for legal purchases but are now reporting receipt of shares. The shares you are looking for were purchased when? By any chance was the original request forwarded by your broker to Trans Securities only to have then returned for submission to the new TA - AMST which then dropped the account and now you had to wait for them to be submitted to the current Florida TA who seems to be responding fairly rapidly to transfer requests. Perhaps these are more recent purchases that were caught up in the Chill at DTC first for name change confusion and more recently according to some for lack of "street name" stock in large enough blocks to authorize the TA to transfer them.

Intrigue and mystery seem to follow some shareholders more than others?
