So, Nemer, where is this house? I might want to take a look at it as my NEXT investment. Are values rising at 10-15% per year in that area? Hey, it sounds like maybe you've learned the secret of making money in this market. Sell a house as many times as you can!!! LOL
Hey TT, I agree that our post must be saying something about the market. We've been having posts about farming, apartment for rent, house for sale, etc., etc......What is going on? This morning we are UP and tomorrow? WHO knows!?!?!?!?
Kevin --- if you don't add on to the house, your wifey won't have anyplace to put the furniture. Of course, if she's still working on filling those other rooms, you might consider making one empty bedroom a train or car or motorcycle room --- get yourself 2 sawhorses and a 4'x8' sheet of one inch plywood and start building yourself one of those minature tracks. I picture you with a bike (motorized kind) track with dirt and hills and rocks and trees ---- lots of things to run into. Well, at least it's one less room that the wifey gets to buy furniture for, right?
