I'm sure HP has enough experience with Microsoft and systems integration to smooth things. Particularly in the age of the Virtual and Cloud. After all it is a huge supplier of desktops, servers and IT consulting to corporations. If anyone can do that it's them. Apple actually doesn't even come close to having HPs corporate IT experience.
