I will know that mrs obama is serious about this issue when she tells the general public that the biggest piece of this issue resides with those who are black or hispanic. The 2009 data bears this out. She won't tell us that because she does not want to charged with "racism". While, I agree there are a few fat kids around, and too many fat adults, this is not news. The numbers have increased with the increase in population. IMO, mrs obama was looking for an issue to gain the visibility mrs clinton did, who took on the health care issue. Call me bias, but I believe this is more about mrs obama becoming a senator from Illinois thant anything else.
