That would be 90% of all Android smartphones then... as 90% of ALL Android smartphones them run 2.x. 31.4% run 2.1 and 57.6% run 2.2 with the 2.1 ones (mainly the Galaxy S phones here in the U.S.) are in the process of being updated to 2.2 (Vibrant already had the update and the AT&T, Verizon and Sprint are in the process of getting it this month). So by the end of the month 90% of ALL Android smartphones will be running 2.2 or higher.
