Word’s got out that AT&T wants to pull a Sprint. That is, they want to offer a plan that will allow for unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling, regardless of the carrier affiliation of receiving phone. The plan should be rolling out tomorrow, when we will hopefully gain a few more details. What is known is that you will need to subscribe to a $20 unlimited texting plan to be eligible. Pricing on the actual unlimited any mobile calling is unknown.
